Luminoso e spazioso, può ospitare fino a 4 persone, ideale per famiglie o piccoli gruppi.Dispone di due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una con letti estraibili), un soggiorno con smart TV, una cucina attrezzata con forno, lavastoviglie e frigorifero/freezer, e un bagno completo.Tra i comfort: Wi-Fi veloce, aria condizionata, lavatrice e accesso smart door per il check-in autonomo.La posizione centrale permette di raggiungere facilmente monumenti, musei e siti storici. [ENG] The Canova apartment is an elegant 75 m² apartment located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator in the center of Rome. Bright and spacious, it can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for families or small groups. It has two bedrooms (one double and one with pull-out beds), a living room with smart TV, a kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and a full bathroom. Among the amenities: fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and smart door access for independent check-in. The central location allows you to easily reach monuments, museums and historic sites. Nearby there are restaurants, shops and green areas to better enjoy the atmosphere of Rome. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit.
