The apartment consists of a bright living area with kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds), terrace and a complete bathroom with shower and bidet. The apartment is very well equipped: here you will have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine and everything you need to cook.

Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control.
