English: CIN: ITYXA A wonderful, 45 m2 open layout property in the immediate outskirts of Bologna, with a large 30 m2 terrace, housed on the third floor of a stately building serviced by elevator, and located in the proximity of the Sant'Orsola Hospital and Margherita Gardens. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns. The apartment opens onto a living room whose pastel colors contrast with cherry wood details. The large living-room and bedroom windows overlooking faraway hills give this property an elegant and bright touch. The wrap-around terrace can be accessed both from the living room and the sleeping area. In particular, the former includes: dining table for 4, Queen sleeper sofa, and functional and modern kitchen with oven. The media storage system and 32" flat screen TV are across the sofa. The sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed, placed in front of a TV, and a big wardrobe that occupies the entire wall next to the bed. From this area, it is possible to access the widest portion of the covered terrace, a large outdoor area featuring a two-seater sofa, as well as a table with chairs. This is a wonderful spot from which warm spring and summer days can be enjoyed. Finally, the bathroom, in front of the bed area, is modern and functional and includes a shower stall with crystal door. Important: guests are required to pay a tourist tax not included in the price (€ 4 - € 7 per adult, per night, calculated according to the value of the booking). This tax is applied only on the first 5 nights. Area: The property is located in a highly strategic area, since it is close to the historic center (which can be reached in a few minutes by bus or car); the Sant'Orsola Hospital; the Beltway access road; and, the Bologna Fair district. It is served by shopping facilities: a commercial mall is only 100 m. away. Furthermore, along Via Emilia and all the way to the center, it is possible to find many restaurants (sushi bars, pizza parlors, and trattorias), as well as bars and pubs. In front of the apartment building one can find: newspaper stand, pizzeria, bar, and bank. Public transportation: Buses 15, 19 and 27 connect this area to the historic center (Piazza Maggiore), in about 10 minutes, passing through the Sant'Orsola Hospital. Parking: The apartment is outside the restricted traffic area (ZTL). Free, public parking slot in a small square behind the property (Via Ponte Vecchio).
