Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns. Equipped with air conditioning, the apartment consists of a cozy and bright living area with sofa double bed, dining table for 4 people and a brand new custom-made and perfectly equipped kitchen. From this room it is possible to access – through a french door – to a large terrace overlooking the internal garden. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers with tv and a large built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a comfortable crystal shower. Important: guests are required to pay a tourist tax not included in the price (€ 4 per adult, per night. It is applied only on the first 5 nights). Area: The apartment is located in a quiet residential area a few steps from Via Zanardi, which connects the district to the historic center of Bologna in a few bus stops. The area is highly strategic, thanks to its proximity to the Marconi international airport, the ring road exit and the Fiera (reachable in less than 5 minutes by car). In the vicinity of the apartment there are several shops, a newsagent, a pharmacy, a bank, bars and restaurants. The Lame shopping center, one of the largest in all Emilia Romagna, is located just behind the building where the apartment is located. Public transportation: Numerous buses run along Via Carracci (for the station) and Via Zanardi (for the historic center and airport). Parking: The apartment is located outside the restricted traffic area (ztl). Free parking under the house; private garage on request.
