There are many grocery stores, bars and restaurants including a well known pizzeria just next door. Heating system includes a minisplit and heated floors throughout, via a heatpump. -available from September 2026 -possible to do a 'transitorio' contract which allows more flexibility, especially if you are trying to get residency in Italy. -utilities not included, they are the expense of the tenant.
