It is located on the 1St floor of an elegant Bolognese building (without lift) with concierge service, located in a strategic position, just outside the limited traffic area, a stone's throw from the train station and Via Indipendenza. Guests have full use of the kitchen, sheets and towels provided. Upon arrival our staff will be at the apartment to explain the operation of the equipment and deliver the keys. During your stay, we will be at your service for any event. This pleasant and functional apartment of approximately 45 sqm is ideal for those who want to experience the city center in an environment of serenity and privacy. Air conditioning is present with 1 portable unit, whereas heating is centralized. The entrance door leads to a corridor that opens onto the living room, furnished with a comfortable two-seater sofa and a vintage table capable of seating up to 4 people. The flat-screen tv is placed on the wall opposite the sofa. The living room leads to the kitchen, which is completely equipped and includes a column fridge, microwave, induction hob and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom, equipped with a large 4-door wardrobe, a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a smart working station.
