Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. To track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bill amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meter checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control.
