The picturesque town of Angera, which is dominated by Rocca Borromeo is 10 minutes from the apartment. From here you can enjoy day trips on the lake to the 3 Borromean Islands; hiking around the lake and the unique wetlands nature reserve of Oasi della Bruschera – a short ferry ride away.
