Da metà novembre 2025 affittiamo casa vacanze con 9,7 punteggio su Booking sita a 6 minuti a piedi dalla Metro Cipro e 1 km a piedi da Piazza San Pietro e da servizi di ogni genere (supermercati, lavanderie), completamente ristrutturata, dotata di: -1 camera da letto matrimoniale con cabina armadio -1 bagno con doccia e bidet -acqua calda con caldaia a gas -divano letto 3 posti -wifi -sensori antifumo -aria condizionata caldo/freddo -cucina attrezzata ( fornelli a gas, stoviglie, pentole, microonde, macchina da caffè) -biancheria letto / bagno (4 set inclusi) -lavatrice -doppio balcone (sala da pranzo/camera da letto) -esposizione interna tranquillissima per un riposo ottimale -ristrutturata agosto 2024 -riscaldamento centralizzato condominiale Il costo mensile è di € 2250 con regime di cedolare secca , escluse le utenze (luce, gas, internet e riscaldamento,condominio) da corrispondere a parte = € 250/ mese. Al costo di € 12/h disponibili pulizia e servizio lavanderia da condomina di assoluta fiducia (anche baby- dogsitter). L'annuncio si riferisce ad una locazione minima di 30 gg solari max 6 mesi continuativi, si richiede deposito di € 4800, e pagamento anticipato della prima mensilità. La casa può ospitare fino ad un massimo di 4 persone, considerati anche eventuali bambini. The surroundings are fully served by supermarkets, shops, transport and laundries.The house was restored in 2024 and is furnished with: -mobile wifi unlimited data included -1 double bedroom -1 bathroom with shower -air conditioned -fully equipped kitchen ( gas fires, pots, dishes, microwave, coffee machine) -bedroom / bath laundry ( 4 sets included) -silenced position for optimal resting -restored in august 2024 -centralized heating system The monthly lease is € 2250 while utility bills (around 250 €) will be charged apart. For 12 € per hours, you can ask for cleaning and eventually laundry service to the next door neighbor who is absolutely trusted and also making baby/dog sitting service. This ad refers to a minimum 30 days rent or maximum 12 continuous months, we ask for a 4500 € deposit + prepayment of the first month. The house is intended for maximum 4 people,including babies. Pets are welcome but is not allowed to give them access to the bed or the sofa, we will give you a comfortable and washable pillow and they have not to be noisy or uneducated to respect building residents.
