Affittiamo per i mesi estivi (+ brevi periodi tutto l'anno) un appartamento molto rifinito in villa situata in una delle zone piu' belle e tranquille di Fregene a circa 400 metri dal mare e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano (inoltre sulla via non c'e' problema per il posto auto). La presenza di un ampio giardino con prato e alberi, ed un'ottima esposizione, lo rendono solare e piacevole. L'appartamento e' finemente arredato. E' composto da una camera matrimoniale e da un salone in cui e' presente un divano letto biposto. L'abitazione e' sicura: provvista di porta blindata e inferriate. Affitto mensile: Giugno 1100 (disponibile), Luglio 2100 (disponibile), Agosto 2100 (disponibile), Settembre 1000 (disponibile, anche a settimane). (nella mensilita' sono richieste + 150E per consumi e pulizia finale) Accettiamo anche richieste di soggiorno brevi (week end di 2/3 notti oppure la settimana intera o corta) durante tutto l'anno, in particolare da settembre a maggio. La stazione di Roma s. Pietro e' raggiungibile in treno in soli 12 minuti partendo dalla stazione di Maccarese/Fregene locata a 7km da Fregene (10 minuti in auto/navetta). No Agenzie! We rent for the summer months (+ short periods all year round) a very refined apartment in a villa located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of Fregene about 400 meters from the sea and with all the services within easy reach (also on the street there is no problem for the parking space). The presence of a large garden with lawn and trees, and an excellent exposure, make it sunny and pleasant. The apartment is finely furnished. It consists of a double bedroom and a living room in which there is a double sofa bed. The house is safe: equipped with a security door and railings. Monthly rent: June 1100 (available), July 2100 (available), August 2100 (available), September 1000 (also available on a weekly basis). On a monthly basis we request also + 150E for consumption and final cleaning We also accept requests for short stays (weekends of 2/3 nights or the whole week or the short one) throughout the year, especially from September to May. The Roma s. Pietro station can be reached by train in just 12 minutes leaving from the Maccarese/Fregene station, located 7km from Fregene (10 minutes by car/shuttle). No Agencies!
