A covered patio at the front and a terrace at the back of the flat, both extended by a garden are waiting for you to relax.. Two large ceiling fans and the gentle breezes created by the double exposure will keep you cool during your stay.In the living room there is a practical kitchenette with cooker, oven, refrigerator and sink. Above and below are doors and shelves for storing dishes and pots and pans. Plates, cutlery and pots and pans of various sizes are at the guests' disposal. Next to the bathroom there is a pantry with several shelves for storing more dishes and anything else that may be useful for the household. Outside there is a washing machine covered by a galvanised steel structure. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. In the two bedrooms there are wardrobes and bedside tables; the birch wood bed in the smaller room can be dismantled and becomes two beds, with two mattresses and pillows, ideal for children or teenage children. Nel soggiorno c'è un pratico angolo cottura con fornelli, forno, frigorifero e lavello. Sopra e sotto ci sono ante e ripiani per riporre piatti e pentole. Piatti, posate e pentole di varie dimensioni sono a disposizione degli ospiti. Accanto al bagno c'è una dispensa con diversi ripiani per riporre altri piatti e qualsiasi altra cosa possa essere utile per la casa. All'esterno c'è una lavatrice coperta da una struttura in acciaio zincato. Il bagno è dotato di box doccia. Nelle due camere da letto ci sono armadi e comodini; il letto in legno di betulla nella camera più piccola può essere smontato e trasformato in due letti, con due materassi e cuscini, ideali per bambini o ragazzi. La camera più grande si affaccia sul giardino posteriore e dispone di un letto da 180 cm. La biancheria da letto può essere fornita su richiesta. Il soggiorno e la camera da letto grande sono dotati di grandi ventilatori a soffitto.
