The location is excellent (center) and the staff is very experienced and kind. My overall satisfaction with Apartments Florence is good. But there are two points I am not satisfied with (which I told them later): The apartment was not as clean as It was supposed to be. Especially we had to clean the bedroom several times (there were lots of hair and dust under the bed). About two weeks before I left the apartment, the Tv reception was lost. Despite I told them several times, they didn't fix the problem. I assume that they thought I would leave soon anyway. Despite these problems, I would still recommend this rental vacation.
