The studio features a corner kitchenette , a dedicated study area with desk and chair , a two-door wardrobe, a 100 cm bed with large storage drawer, bookcase, mirror and notice board. For everyday convenience, the studio is also equipped with a microwave and a private fridge . Heating is centralized and can be easily managed through a private thermostat, allowing residents to adjust the temperature to their needs . The private bathroom (approx. 3 m2) includes a comfortable shower . The residence is composed of two buildings located approximately 200 meters apart. All residents, regardless of the building where their accommodation is located, have access to all shared facilities and amenities across both buildings.
