One-bedroom apartment (for single use or for couple) with private bathroom and private kitchen for rent next to La Sapienza University. The apartment is on the 1st floor with lift, it is 5 minutes walking far from Termini, Vittorio Emanuele and Cavour metro stations and has numerous supermarkets, pubs, bars and pharmacies in the nearby. The one-time administration fee (different from the booking fee of the platform) is not refundable in case of cancellation by the tenant. The fee covers different activities done before your arrival, at your arrival, and during your stay.
