One-bedroom apartment (for single use or for couple) with balcony, private bathroom and private kitchen for rent in Trastevere Station area, near the American University of Rome and the Accademia di Belle Arti of Rome. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with lift, it is 10 minutes walking far from Trastevere station and has numerous supermarkets, pubs, bars and pharmacies in the nearby. The one-time administration fee (different from the booking fee of the platform) is not refundable in case of cancellation by the tenant. The fee covers different activities done before your arrival, at your arrival, and during your stay.
