The apartment is very quiet, yet close to many discos, pubs and restaurants. It is equipped with - a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, washing machine, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle for hot water; - a bedroom with a queensize bed with night tables, a comfortable wardrobe, a drawers, a mirror and a coffee table; - a living room with a table, a sofa-bed, a tv and several shelves; - a toilet with shower. The apartment is on third floor, guests will have to climb 55 stairs to reach it: in fact, as it is inside an historical building, there is no elevator. The price asked includes building cost, but is related to medium/long term rent: it is therefore applicable to rents of at least 6 months. Shorter periods will cost a little more, yet feel free to ask. Please acknowledge this is a no-smoking apartment and a fine of 100 will be retained from the deposit should the apartment smell like smoke at the time of your check out.
