High-speed wi-fi, three tvs, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen ensure all the comforts of home. Access For added convenience, guests will be greeted at the property. Remember to turn off devices before restoring power. The main switch, resembling a white box, will be shown upon arrival. - Use only toilet paper in the toilet to prevent septic system damage; no feminine products should be flushed. - Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set. - For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills based on actual consumption in addition to the rental fee. - For added convenience, guests will be greeted at the property.
