Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The apartment has just two steps away a tram station, as well as a bus station. With public transport is possible to reach within 30 minutes all the major universities in Milan. ***important special condtitions*** For this apartment the following rental condtions applies: 1) Electricty is not included but paid upon consumption (0,50€ kw/h). Gas, water, common costs, internet are included with no limits. 2) Not only passport and italian fiscal code are required, but also visa or Permit of Stay (or receipt of request of the Permit of Stay). Rental condition: - The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more.
