Remember to turn off devices before restoring power. The main switch, resembling a white box, will be shown upon arrival. - Use only toilet paper in the toilet to prevent septic system damage; no feminine products should be flushed. - Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set. - For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills based on actual consumption in addition to the rental fee. - Check-in time: 3 pm - 11pm; self-check-in system available for convenience.
