Bathroom: Modern and clean, featuring a walk-in shower, essential toiletries, and a washing machine for your laundry needs. Living Area: Relax in our stylish living room, which boasts contemporary décor and ample seating, making it perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Milan. Kitchen: Though compact, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, including modern appliances and cooking utensils. Amenities: Stay connected and entertained with fast wifi and a smart tv setup. Access For added convenience, guests will be greeted at the property. Check-in time is 3pm - 7pm As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date. Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival. Over the years, the neighbourhood has taken on the connotation of a residential neighbourhood par excellence, as well as the hub of young people's lives. Remember to turn off devices before restoring power. The main switch, resembling a white box, will be shown upon arrival. - Use only toilet paper in the toilet to prevent septic system damage; no feminine products should be flushed. - Lost keys or lockouts will incur a 100 replacement fee per key set. - For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills based on actual consumption in addition to the rental fee. - Check-in time: 3 pm - 11pm; self-check-in system available for convenience. You will receive a secure link to provide your info, this is mandatory in order to receive the access code.
