Oltrarno, available from the beginning of June a studio apartment on the third and top floor of a building on Via Santa Maria (check on this link to see the location ) is available for rent to a foreign student with temporary contracts. The approximately 35 square meter studio is suitable for a single person or a couple and features a small separate kitchenette (with a two-burner stove, microwave, and small refrigerator) and a bathroom with a shower. Price: €1.100, plus €100 for wi-fi, garbage collection, and condominium fees. a mandatory cleaning of the studio is required every 15 days and will be performed by a trusted person of the owner at a cost of €20. Water, electricity, and gas bills will be added based on actual consumption, meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of the stay. Final cleaning: €100. Deposit: €1.100. Agency fee: 10% + vat. To reserve the apartment is required a payment to the owner of € 1.100 which will then become the security deposit which will be returned within 10 days of the end of the stay after checking that there is no damage to the apartment.
