Historic center, near the Polimoda Villa Favard school, Via Montebello n.28 (click on this link to see the location ), apartment for rent only to students for temporary/touristic use with contracts up to a maximum of 5/6 months. The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor (65 steps) without an elevator and consists of a living room, kitchenette, 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single for 4/5 beds) and 2 bathrooms. Washing machine. No Air conditioning. The monthly price is: € 2.200 for 3 people (€ 2.500 for 4 people, € 2.800 for 5 people) + € 150 (for condominium fees, waste tax, wi-fi, and boiler maintenance fee) + additional utility costs for water, electricity, and gas, with a monthly advance payment of € 150 to be adjusted based on meter readings at the beginning and end of the stay. A mandatory cleaning service every 15 days is carried out by a trusted person of the owner at a cost of € 60 each. Extra final cleaning fee: €150. Security deposit: € 2.500. Agency fee equal to 10% of the rent + 22%vat. To reserve the apartment is required a payment to the owner of a monthly rent which will then become the security deposit which will be returned within 10 days of the end of the stay after checking that there is no damage to the apartment. No aria condizionata. € 2.200 fino a 3 persone (€ 2.500 per 4 persone, € 2.800 per 5 persone), oltre € 150 (per condominio, tassa rifiuti, wifi, quota revisiona caldaia) e oltre le utenze di acqua, luce, gas per i quali viene richiesto un acconto mensile di € 150 da conguagliare previa la lettura dei contatori all'inizio e alla fine del soggiorno. Viene poi richiesta una pulizia con cambio lenzuola ogni 15 giorni effettuata da persona di fiducia del proprietario a carico del conduttore al costo di € 60 ciascuna. Pulizie finali € 150. Deposito € 2.500. Provvigioni agenzia 10% + iva. Per prenotare l'appartamento è richiesto un pagamento al proprietario di una mensilità che diventerà poi il deposito cauzionale che verrà restituito entro 10 gg dalla fine del soggiorno dopo la verifica che non ci siano danni all'appartamento.
