App.P3- Santa Croce, Via delle Pinzochere (click on this link to see the location available from the 1th february, ground floor apartment consisting of kitchen (with 4 gas burners, electric oven, refrigerator, washing machine) and large habitable courtyard, bathroom with shower and living room/room with sofa bed facing on the street (to keep in mind that on summer weekend evenings the street is close to Piazza Santa Croce which is very lively and nightlife). Washing machine, air conditioning, wifi. No dishwasher. Monthly price €1.300 plus €100 for condominium, waste tax, wifi. Water, electricity and gas bills are the responsibility of the tenant based on actual consumption after periodic meter reading. A mandatory cleaning with change of linen is required every 15 days at a cost of €50 each to be paid in advance with the monthly rent (total €100). Extra final cleaning €100. Security deposit €1.300. Agency commission equal to 10% + vat. To reserve the apartment is required a payment to the owner of €1.300 which will then become the security deposit which will be returned within 10 days of the end of the stay after checking that there is no damage to the apartment. Lavatrice, aria condizionata, wifi. No lavastoviglie. Prezzo mensile € 1.300 più € 100 per condominio, tassa rifiuti, wifi. Le utenze di acqua, luce e gas sono a carico dell’inquilino in base ai reali consumi previa la lettura periodica dei contatori. Ulteriore costo di 50€ ogni 15 giorni per il cambio lenzuola e la pulizia. Pulizie finali € 100. Deposito cauzionale € 1.300. Commissioni per l’agenzia pari al 10% + iva. Per riservare l'appartamento viene richiesto il pagamento del deposito cauzionale di € 1.300 che verrà restituito entro 10 gg dalla fine del soggiorno dopo la verifica che non ci siano danni all'appartamento.
