Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns. This magnificent flat of about 90 sqm, completely renovated in February 2017, is equipped with high quality finishes, such as latest generation anti-noise windows, parquet flooring in all bedrooms, walls decorated with Venetian plaster and a romantic fireplace in the living room, as well as optical fiber wifi. The apartment opens onto a welcoming living room where the warm nuances chosen for the coverings, the refined custom-made furniture and the colorful paintings hanging on the walls create a modern and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day of work or exploration of the city. The furnishings include an elegant 3-person sofa, a small white fabric pouf and a glass table, complete with elegant seating for 4 people and dominated by an iconic design arc lamp. Just behind the part dedicated to relaxation and entertainment, the kitchen can be accessed via a sliding glass door. Fully equipped and made to measure, it is characterized by white lacquered wall units, and is equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric oven, microwave and gas stove. The layout of the apartment is comfortable and clever; the sleeping area is separated from the living room by a corridor that leads to the bedrooms and to the bathrooms. The bedrooms overlook the internal courtyard, and are therefore very quiet. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), a two-door wardrobe, a wall-mounted flat-screen tv. The refined en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower. The second bedroom has a French size bed (140 x 200 cm), a two-door wardrobe and a comfortable desk for smart working. The apartment has a bathroom which can be accessed from the corridor, and is modern and well finished. The large and elegant shower is built on site and behind it there is a bathtub. The washing machine is located in the corridor, which includes useful wardrobes to keep household items and also gives access to a practical closet, where the tools for cleaning and maintaining the house are available. The apartment is located near the lively university district, a stone's throw from Palazzo Pepoli, home to the Museum of the history of Bologna. A walk through the center will lead you to discover points of great historical and artistic interest, such as the prestigious Academy of Fine Arts, the famous Teatro dell'Opera Comunale, the characteristic Jewish ghetto, the Garisenda and Asinelli towers (5 minutes on foot). Via dell'Indipendenza, the best-known shopping street in Bologna, is about 400 m away. The quadrilateral of alleys that rises alongside Piazza Maggiore, and which has its center in Via Pescherie Vecchie, with all its food and wine shops, is also located a very short distance away. Public transportation: Being the center of Bologna, the area is well served by public transport. Along Via Santo Stefano you can take buses to reach the fair, the hospitals and the train station, or the shuttle to the airport. Parking: The apartment is located within the limited traffic area (ztl). The ticket can be purchased online. Paid parking spaces are available nearby: there is one in Via San Petronio Vecchio and a second in Vicolo San Damiano 3/3.
