The monthly price is: € 2. 100 (€ 2. 100 for 3 people, € 2. 500 for 4 people, € 2. 800 for 5 people) + € 150 (for condominium fees, waste tax, Wi-Fi, and boiler maintenance fee) + additional utility costs for water, electricity, and gas, with a monthly advance payment of € 150 to be adjusted based on meter readings at the beginning and end of the stay.
