The monthly price is: € 2. 200 for 3 people (€ 2. 500 for 4 people, € 2. 800 for 5 people) + € 150 (for condominium fees, waste tax, Wi-Fi, and boiler maintenance fee) + additional utility costs for water, electricity, and gas, with a monthly advance payment of € 150 to be adjusted based on meter readings at the beginning and end of the stay. A mandatory cleaning service every 15 days is carried out by a trusted person of the owner at a cost of € 60 each. Extra final cleaning fee: €150. Security deposit: € 2. 500. Agency fee equal to 10% of the rent + 22%vat. To reserve the apartment is required a payment to the owner of a monthly rent which will then become the security deposit which will be returned within 10 days of the end of the stay after checking that there is no damage to the apartment.
