It can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests, with 2 double bedrooms (beds can be separated into singles), both with wardrobe, desk and television. It is equipped with one bathroom with shower, a kitchen with modern appliances (Nespresso, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and toaster) and dining table, utensils and dishes. Ac and Wifi connection for max comfort. Note: wifi will be installed on the 15th of September a set of towels and bed linen provided to each guest. The apartment is located in a central, lively and dynamic neighborhood from which you can easily walk to the city's main attractions. It is located in a restricted traffic zone, you can't park in the surrounding streets but only in a private garage nearby. The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stylish it's perfect for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Florence. Absolutely great for 2 couples or a family. Access Check-In time is 3pm - 7pm as we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date. Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival. Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost: From 12 noon to 3Pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends) From 7Pm to 8Pm: €25 From 8Pm to 10pm: €35 From 10pm to midnight: €45 no check-in after midnight, except for agreement made previously.
