Gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; located on the 2Nd floor (with lift) of a building in the city centre, in a strategic and exclusive context: a few steps from Piazza Santo Stefano and the most famous monuments of Bologna. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns. The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, Italian taxes (television and garbage) and doesn't cover the condominium expenses ( 120 per month), Wifi internet ( 40 per month) and bills (electricity, gas and water). Regarding the bills, a forfait of 150 will be paid monthly. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. No refunds will be due if the total bill is less than the monthly forfait. If your stay includes some days of the subsequent month, the forfait for the bills will be calculated pro rata. A walk through the center will lead you to discover points of great historical and artistic interest, such as the prestigious Academy of Fine Arts, the famous Teatro dell'opera Comunale, the characteristic Jewish ghetto, the Garisenda and Asinelli towers (5 minutes on foot). Via dell'indipendenza, the best-known shopping street in Bologna, is about 400 m away. The quadrilateral of alleys that rises alongside Piazza Maggiore, and which has its center in Via Pescherie Vecchie, with all its food and wine shops, is also located a very short distance away.
