Via San Martino, we offer for rent to university students a single bedroom with access to the balcony, located inside an apartment (located on the first floor) consisting of the entrance, the eat-in kitchen with balcony, the two bathrooms and four bedrooms, three of which are already rented to students. The monthly request for the bedroom is Euro 260 per month plus administration costs which amount to Euro 50 per month, subject to adjustment. The electricity and TARI utilities are excluded and divided between the 4 tenants.
