The rooms are large, double and can also contain another bed each and/or a study corner. The living room opens onto the furnished porch and private garden and also a small laundry room with sink and washing machine and availability of bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, complete the great comfort of the house. The price is for two people with additional guests at a cost of €150 per month and also includes extraordinary cleaning every other week, internal parking for two cars in a private area with electric gate, water consumption and garden maintenance. Animals can only be accepted with prior specific agreement. The electricity and gas systems are autonomous and the heating, which is very little necessary in this wooden house, is guaranteed by a latest generation condensing boiler. All basic necessities (food bars, greengrocers, tobacconists, etc.) are within 100 metres, including the beach and the bus to the airport or Rome.
