The property itself needs updating: furniture and appliances are very old, and a fresh coat of paint is badly needed. Actually the dishwasher was broken when we arrived, the management company replaced it in a reasonable time frame though. We also had issues with hot water, the management company handled these after some back and forth. Overall, the rating reflects the location and the quality of service provided by the management company, rather than what the property offers in amenities. If we were to stay here again, we would insist that all the amenities are in order as advertised.
