The apartment has a sea view and is fully furnished, very comfortable and complete with everything to be lived in, it is composed of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. Externally it has an exclusive garden. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people, it is located in a very private and quiet dominant area, it is about 100 meters from the sea and all services (supermarket, restaurant, bar etc.) Prices include agency fees, consumption of water, electricity, gas. On request, towels and bed linen. The tourist tax must be paid on site upon arrival and costs 1 Euro per person over 14 years of age for a maximum of seven days. The minimum rental is one week; it normally starts on Saturday afternoon and ends the following Saturday morning. The week of August should preferably be combined with another week.
