Rent 3 bedroom apartment of 70 m² in Padua

We rent to two students, from 1 December 2024 for one year, an apartment in the Santa Rita area recently renovated and consisting of: large open space kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), balcony, garden, closet, garage, external storage room for bikes. There are two air conditioning units and heat pump, non-centralized underfloor heating and mosquito nets on the windows. The house is fully furnished. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor in a very quiet condominium of six units. The location is very convenient for hospitals and public transport, the neighborhood is residential and quiet, but has everything you need within a 5-minute walk: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Visits will only be held on Saturday 16 November from 9 to 14. There will be no intervention by a real estate agency, the only costs to be paid will be the costs of drafting and registering the contract which will be carried out by the UPPI association (about €100).
