The accommodation is composed as follows: Entrance, double bedroom facing EAST, living room with kitchen, panoramic balcony facing SOUTH and bathroom with window and shower. The apartment is equipped with color TV and washing machine and is very bright thanks to its full SOUTH exposure in the living area. The apartment has 2 beds. The domestic hot water is supplied by the electric boiler, while for the kitchen there is the classic gas cylinder outside on the balcony. Uncovered shared parking space and shared garden complete the property. Beaulard is a small village at 1200 mt. altitude where we can taste typical dishes in 6 different restaurants-pizzerias, there is also a bakery where you can taste the products of own production, buy the first groceries, seasonal fruit and vegetables. The town is also served by the railway network with trains running every hour during the week and every two hours on Sundays in order to make travel possible not only by car but also by public transport. The summer rate for the 4 months (from June to September) is €2700 including condominium expenses, tari and agency commission.
