Only extra expense, the cleaning lady at check-out. 10% discount for weekly stays, 15% for two weeks and 40% or 50% monthly. Tavern with garden, gazebo and barbecue in a very central location. Ideal for seaside holidays (100m from the beach) or for work at the fair (2 km from the central entrance) with bus stop in front of the house for both the Center and the Fair. Excellent for children due to the water slides and the promenade equipped with games, as well as the presence of the exclusive garden. Pets are also welcome at no extra charge but only small/medium size, due to regulations with the neighbors. Parking on the property with automatic gate and splendid garden with equipped gazebo and barbecue. The 62 m2 tavern offers a large living room with kitchen and sofa bed, bedroom (height 1.85 m) with 2 beds, bathroom with shower. The tavern has a height of 2.10 meters but I repeat that the bedroom is 1.85 m high. There are: N.1 single bed and a N.1 and a half square bed in the bedroom. N.1 sofa bed for 1 and a half square in the living room N.1 cot for small children Possibility to add N.1 inflatable single bed "Intex" Three adults can stay comfortably but five have also been there. The kitchen is equipped, if you need something in particular I am available to find a solution, within the limits of reason Double glazed PVC windows and entrance are protected by mosquito nets and bars. There is a small wall safe. The garden with gazebo equipped for lunches/dinners and covered barbecue is for exclusive use, it is fenced so there is no danger for children or animals. Needless to say, it will be the owners' responsibility to think about cleaning the garden from the needs of their animals. The only common area is the parking lot (2 parking spaces in total) from which to enter the property. NB: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, not even at the window.
