Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 60 m² in Salerno

We have a large two-room apartment recently furnished and renovated for temporary rental in Via Terre delle Risaie. The property, located on the second floor without a lift, consists of a living area with a TV corner and open kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower + closet. In the condominium, a parking space is included. References preferably state-owned are absolutely required, demonstrable already during the negotiation phase. Surety bonds are required.
