Upon arrival our staff will be at the apartment to explain how the facilities work and deliver the keys. During your stay, we will be available for any eventuality. The apartment, on the first floor (no elevator), was renovated in December 2014. The entrance opens onto a large living room, where the intense green of the sofas creates an elegant play of contrasts with the softer tones of the furnishings and the brushed steel finishes. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, a single armchair, a pleasant low wood and glass table and a flat-screen TV cabinet. The custom-made American kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a dining table for 4 people. The living room leads to the bedroom, which extends lengthwise, giving a pleasant feeling of spaciousness that makes it extremely welcoming. It is equipped with a large corner walk-in closet and a double bed. The bathroom is complete with a comfortable glass shower and washing machine. The floor is parquet; the apartment is also equipped with air conditioning. The rental price includes initial and final cleaning, rent, condominium fees, Italian taxes (television and garbage), WiFi internet and bills. For electricity and gas, in particular, we include a flat rate of € 100 per month. Only if you exceed this flat rate, you should pay the difference. Area: Located in the historic center, a few minutes walk from the university area of Via Zamboni, the apartment is also easily reachable by car from Via Belmeloro or the nearby Via Irnerio. Also within walking distance are Via Indipendenza, the main street of Bologna, Piazza Maggiore and the two Towers. Public transport: Numerous buses pass through Via Irnerio and the very nearby Via San Vitale in the direction of the historic center, the train station and the Bologna fair. Parking: The apartment is within the limited traffic zone. The pass can be purchased at the Tper office (Via Marconi 4), or online.
